Absolutely! There’s nothing more professional looking than matching merchandise and/or giveaways. Even though different products may come in different colours, or with a different surface finish, we can ensure that all your chosen products look great, and are matched with each other.

 – Yes. There is no limit for how many positions we can print (other than the Product having printable space available). Although note that each new position & print will attract its own setup & print charges.

– We always try to include the most common specifications of the Product in our Quote. But if there is something missing that you would like clarified, simply let us know. We will do our best to find the answer for you promptly.

– Absolutely! Just show us the product you intend us

– This depends on the Product, and the type of print.

• Each Product will have a maximum print area available (we typically specify this in our Quote)
• On our small Pad Printing Presses, a 1 colour print is generally 60x60mm maximum
• For larger products, we may be able to print bigger on other machines (subject to the artwork & number of colours)
• For cylindrical products, the maximum print in any 1 position is typically not more than about 50% of the outer diameter of the product

– Yes. This is the common approach for Pad Printing. Inks are mixed to an approximate match of the relevant Pantone Colour.

CMYK is not common for Pad Printing. But it is possible. Please send us the artwork you’re looking to print, and we can advise or Quote accordingly.

Yes, although it can be more difficult to get a perfect result compared to solid colour. Please send us the artwork you’re looking to print, and we can advise or Quote accordingly.

– We require Vector artwork (meaning all objects in the image can be separated easily). PDF is the most common format, as long as it has been made by a suitable graphic design package.

– Generally No. These kinds of Picture formats do not allow us to separate individual objects or layers in the image. If a picture file is all you have, we may be able to use it, but we may need to charge a small artwork fee to cover the time spent editing it.

Due to the sheer number of Products available, it is not possible to keep them all in stock. It is therefore difficult to see the physical product before it is ordered in. However in some cases (for common products) we may have the desired Product or something similar in stock for inspection at our facility. There may still be an additional charge if a Product needs to be shipped out to you.

– Unfortunately, there is significant setup involved before any physical prints can be produced onto the Product. Therefore, we require a firm commitment to proceed before doing so. However if this is critical, a sample print may be possible at a small additional cost (please let us know).

 – Yes. After you place an order, we will send you an Artwork Confirmation PDF. This will show you the exact physical size that your image will be printed, as well as how it will be positioned on the Product. Printing will not proceed until this is approved.

– This is dependant on a number of factors (Product availability, type of print, Qty, etc.). But we will obviously take note of your deadline if you have one, so please make this known to us upfront. As a rule of thumb, please allow up to 2 weeks for small jobs. Products can take up to 1 week to be sourced, and we like to allow at least a week for Artwork approval, film & plate making, print setup & production, and shipping.

 – Yes. As long as any payment is made prior, then you are more than welcome to Pickup. Please let us know upfront if you plan to do so, and we will notify you upon completion. We are located in Keysborough VIC (within Greater Dandenong Area).
